RegistrationClass Registration Summer 2008 registration is currently open. Priority registration deadline: May 30, 2008. Certificate students registering by the priority deadline will be given first priority in spring courses. Students previously waitlisted for a course will also be given priority (if signing up for the same class) if registrations are received by May 30th. All other registrations will be processed in the order of receipt. After the priority registration period ends, enrollment confirmations will be sent out via mail. Students may register:
Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Fees: Tuition is $205 per credit hour. At registration: $15 registration fee + $20 deposit per class. Once registration is processed and enrollment confirmed: Students will receive a confirmation form outlining tuition balance and payment options. This balance is due by the first day of class, or students may opt to add a $20 processing fee to pay in three installments. The first installment is due by the first day of class, the second installment will be charged 30 days later, and the final payment 30 days after that. Those opting to participate in the 3-part payment plan must provide credit card information for billing purposes by the first day of class. Course cancelled by PCNW: Enrolled students will receive a full refund, including their $15 registration fee. Drop policy: If a student drops a course before the sixth session, tuition and related fees may be refunded. The amount of this refund varies depending on the date of withdrawl and past tuition payments received. Please refer to the Administrative Policies page of our website for more information. Other Fees; Textbooks, photocopied material, and/or materials fees may be required for some courses; please refer to course descriptions for details. Workshop registrations are processed in the order of receipt. You may register:

Cancellation policy: If a student withdraws at least four weeks before the start of their workshop, they are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid (less $15 registration fee). Students cancelling less than four weeks before the workshop start date will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise noted in description. The Photographic Center Northwest is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies or the reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets, even in the event of a workshop cancellation by PCNW. To cover that eventuality, we suggest you explore the option of refundable tickets and travel insurance. Other Workshops: Full tuition + $15 registration fee is due at the time of registration. Attendance Policy To retain your place in a class, you must attend the first class session. Lab/Studio Access Lab fee is noted in class description. If you have your own darkroom, digital equipment or studio suitable for doing your assignments, lab fees are optional. Any enrolled student may purchase a print lab and use our facilities on a space-available basis during the quarter, but only students enrolled in a studio class may purchase a studio lab. There are two print lab options: 60 printing hours for $150, or 30 printing hours for $85. Students with a print lab are eligible to use the black & white, color and/or digital labs throughout the quarter. The $150 studio lab fee provides eligible students with 3 hours a week in the center’s studio facilities. Lab hours expire on the last day of each academic quarter. Clock Hours The center is an approved provider of clock hours.
